Precision Manufacturing Through Advanced Automation
As a CNC Machine Operator at The Cloth Co, you will run our modern automated cutting systems. Working closely with production teams, you will load digital design patterns, monitor machine calibration, and inspect finished fabric panels to ensure flawless quality before final garment assembly begins.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC fabric cutting machinery according to daily production schedules.
- Upload, test, and adjust digital CAD/CAM pattern files to optimize fabric nesting and reduce material waste.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, tool changes, and alignment checks to ensure clean, precise cuts.
- Inspect cut panels for dimensional accuracy, fabric flaws, or alignment errors before transferring them to sewing.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical diploma or vocational training in CNC operation, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing technology.
- 1+ years of experience operating CNC machinery, automated cutters, or industrial laser systems (textile industry experience is a plus).
- Basic proficiency in loading and troubleshooting digital CAD/CAM files and machine control software.
- Strong physical stamina, manual dexterity, and a keen eye for safety protocols and precision tolerances.
