Ensuring Precision in Every Single Thread
As a Quality Control Inspector at The Cloth Co, you will safeguard our manufacturing excellence. Working alongside production teams, you will conduct thorough inspections of garments and materials, ensuring every piece strictly aligns with our high quality standards and sustainable business practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming fabrics, trim materials, and finished garments to verify they meet established quality benchmarks.
- Identify structural defects, stitching errors, color shading issues, or size deviations and document findings.
- Collaborate with production and technical design teams to quickly resolve recurring sewing or assembly line errors.
- Perform final pre-shipment audits to guarantee flawless packaging, retail tagging, and labeling compliance.
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Quality Assurance, or a closely related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in apparel quality control, factory inspection, or garment auditing.
- Strong knowledge of AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards, seam constructions, and textile defects.
- High attention to detail with a systematic approach to reporting and implementing corrective actions.
